A moon is a satellite which orbits something else. This thing doesn't orbit Earth according to Wiki: it just happens to share a 365 (err, 364)-day revolution cycle in common with Earth relative to the Sun. But it's one of the Sun's "moons," not Earth's. And besides -- 5 miles across? That's no moon. :P Though if it hit us it'd spell certain doom. x_x
