Creationists believe in a Jewish Zombie who was his own father and can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in all humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
I think Catholic creationists believe they are not symbolically but rather literally eating the flesh of Christ, so this quote is not entirely accurate...

It's not possible to ridicule creationists enough. They are just plain stupid and a disgrace to the human race.

That "Digg" quote you're talking about was first coined by somebody who created a demotivational poster which shows a gory scene from the crucifixion of Christ in one of the various Jesus of Nazareth films. Just google something like "zombie jesus poster" or "christianity poster" (or something) and you should find it. I'm on someone else's private machine right now so I'd rather not Google it myself lest they find it and be offended.
