BBRRAAAAIIINNSSS!
- Senator John McCain, from last night's debate. I'm not sure why he made this expression; there's probably a rational explanation. Regardless, it is filled with lulz.

Since when do you use the word "lulz"? I've only ever heard that from 4chan people. I'm beginning to ask myself, Jay ........... *hmmmmmmmm*
This is the Internet. The memetic influence of 4chan is EVERYWHERE. (I pick up a lot of 4chan culture from neogaf and ERV too)
The day I hear my sister use terminology like "lulz" or "sage" is the day I fear for humanity, a) because it would mean 4chan's culture is unhealthily far too pervasive and b) because it would mean that society's on the fast track to auto-annihilation given (a).
Haven't you ever read ERV's blog? She's a brilliant grad student virologist AND she talks in 4chan speak all the time.
The exception, Jay, and not the rule. And I know you know it. I could just as easily point you to /a/ or better yet /jp/ or better yet /b/ and ask, "What do you think the average level of human decency is amongst this population?" Whereby "decency" I employ a broad term which may be reduced to certain specifics including: intelligence? moral goodness? evolutionary fitness?
C'mon Jay, you're taking this picture totally out of context.
Clearly John McCain is drooling over what a fine piece of ass Obama is.
