Wow. I've read a lot of snippy comments on CNN.com's coverage of this story from random guest members. These people nag that CNN is dumb and the people who care about this issue are dumb because much more important things are happening in the world and yet are not being talked about, covered, etc. by either the press or the public itself.
And so I thought of those people as I watched this, and all I could think of was just how red in the face (with rage) this footage must have made them when they first saw it (assuming they have).
They're kinda right, though: it's bad enough that CNN is covering it so fastidiously, but the Chinese? AND THEY EVEN MAKE A SO-SO 2MIN LONG CG CLIP OF IT? I mean, wow. Somebody got paid to worry about the Conan/Leno fiasco. Someone in Hong Kong. Someone who probably took a good several days to put it together. Several days that could have been put towards any number of other projects.
Welcome back to the internets, mister! I too am blown away that the Chinese (a commenter suggested Taiwanese?) would not only waste their time on the story, but also make a CG movie about it...using Marvel superheroes!!
