Poetry.com is a Scam
And I'm a sucker. Click here to vote on my poem "Perfect Man" and maybe I'll win something! Please? Thank you! I'll edit it now on the fly because it needs it:
Perfect Man
Pray not to Perfect Man,
Who found some fish and bread,
Who made men drunk,
And once raised the dead.
He kept his feet dry,
And fell into phony sacrifice,
Suffered,
Then floated back to Paradise.
Pray not at all, never.
Instead exalt the man
Who preached of love,
And facing Annihilation,
Preached his love loud,
Then suffered raw pain
And died.
Never shall he exist again.
